Industrial zone in Valandovo, Macedonia

Construction of a new industrial zone in Valandovo is expected to start soon. 48 lots are intended for light industry. The new zone will be situated in one of the most attractive locations in south-eastern Macedonia. Local investors are the most interested in the zone, while big companies are not being mentioned.

According to the head of Valandovo, the most important thing is to create new workplaces there. The biggest part of the land will be used for installation of solar systems. Thanks to favourable climate and great number of sunny days, large amounts to electricity are expected to be generated. The land spreads on 17 hectares and already next year a modern industrial zone should be built there.
