“Plus mobile telephone” company reacted immediately on Tuesday after announcement of that Vodafone was the winner of the tender for 3G service, asking the Albanian government to liberalize this kind of service. The “Plus” company ask the Government of Albania to speed up the liberalization of 3G service providers in Albania telecommunication market. Liberalization at any cost of 3G services is the only solution for creating a competitive market where to the consumers are offered choices. Plus is the fourth mobile company in Albania and has recently entered the market. It is reported that the company is planning to invest over 100 million EUR in Albania's telecom market.
