HEP preparing to build network of stations for electrical cars

Croatian power utility HEP is preparing to start building a network of stations for charging electrical cars, the company announced as part of the Tesla Roadster European tour, organized by RWE.
The tour started on September 16 in Essen and will finish on September 28 in Istanbul.

Since introduction of electrical cars in commercial use is one of EU’s energy priorities, HEP is preparing to launch an infrastructure project, including the charging stations network and technical support, company’s press release reads.
On the way through Croatia, Roadster will make a stop in Zagreb on September 23, in Labin on September 24 and in Vukovar on September 25, where HEP will install its charging stations.
