Montenegro parliament discussing the budget

On Monday, December 13, representatives of the Montenegrin Parliament will start the discussion on the proposition of the budget for 2011, which amounts to EUR 1.25bn.

The suggested amount is EUR 200m lower than the requests of the consumer units. The current consumption amounts to around EUR 1.16bn, while capital expenses amount to around EUR 81.2m. The budget deficit is projected to around 2.6 percent. Representatives will discuss the financial plans of regulatory bodies, bill on bankruptcy, as well as confirmation of several agreements and conventions.
