Managers of Ohrid-based EMO reacted to the information that 98 units of EMO will be put up for sale at the request of its creditor Remis. Debt of EMO towards construction company Remis is in fact a claim of insurer Sava Tabak against EMO. This claim is based on unpaid insurance premiums in the period between 2004 and 2006.
Furthermore, EMO and companies that EMO formed signed contracts on lease of basic means. Thus, despite the possible ownership change, EMO will continue to manage the 98 units according to the lease contracts, reads the official statement issued by EMO.
