On the second day of the visit to Israel, the Montenegrin delegation headed by Prime Minister Milo Dukanovic had a series of meetings with businessmen from that country. Dukanovic also talked to Shari Arison, the owner of HCH, a member of the Greek-Israeli consortium Aktor-HCH, which should build the motorway Bar-Boljare. After the meeting, Dukanovic said that the negotiations with the consortium, as well as representatives of the European Investment Bank (EIB), would be continued in Podgorica. The Greek-Israeli consortium did not deliver the bank warranties for the beginning of construction on time and requested the prolongation of the deadline by two months.
