Company Montecargo, which deals with railway transport of goods, recorded a profit of around EUR 1.29m in the first nine months of this year. The company expects the profit to exceed EUR 1.6m by the end of the year. In nine months, the company recorded incomes in the amount of around EUR 6.8m, i.e. 52 percent more than in the same period last year, while expenses amounted to EUR 5.53m.
In the period of nine months, Montecargo transported 876,000 tons of various goods, which is 42 percent more than in the same period last year. The company also expects the beginning of important jobs for the needs of Zeljezara and the transport of crops for Serbia via the Port of Bar.
