Eurofast Consortium wins Montenegro Airlines privatization tender

Eurofast along with the consortium which was formed for this purpose with Raiffeisen Investment AG and Babic & Associates won the tender announced by the Privatization Council of the Government of Montenegro for consultancy on the privatization process of Montenegro Airlines AD.

The leader of  Eurofast's team is Bojana Babic, our Tax & Legal Associate in Serbia.
The scope of services includes:
• Preliminary market assessment and privatisation promotion activities
• Legal Due Diligence
• Preparation of tender and other documentation
• Initiation and support to tender procedure.
