Investment projects worth billions of Euros have been blocked because of unnecessary bureaucratic hurdles, according to the Croatian Employers Association (HUP).
The total price tag on these investments - which range from golf courses to parking garages - is estimated at between two to three billion Euros. The execution of the projects could lead to some 50,000 new jobs, HUP said, adding that Croatia's unemployed currently number around 300,000.
