Economic activity increased by 2.0 percent compared with the first quarter of 2009, while is increased by 1.8 percent compared with the fourth quarter of 2009. Comparing this quarter with previous one the industries that had higher grow thrate were industrygroup with 19.9 percent and transport with 3.5 percent. Meanwhile, post and communication decreased by 9.0 percent and construction continue decreases by 4.3 percent compared with the fourth quarter 2009.
In this quarter the industries that had higher growthrate compared with the first quarter of 2009 were industry group, transport and trade respectively with 27.5 percent, 11.4 and 4.8 percent. A negative grow thrate during this quarter compared with the same one of previous year singed construction with 21.1 percent. Agriculture group, during this quarter increased by 0.9 percent compare with previous quarter and increasedby 2.3 percent compared with the same quarterof 2009.
